When you register for a trip through this page, the personal data you provide (name, contact details, dietary and accessibility information, rooming preferences, and answers to any trip-specific questions) is processed solely for the purpose of organizing that trip. It is shared with the travel agency organizing the trip and, where applicable, with the client company's administrator.
You can edit or delete your registration at any time using the personal links shown when you registered. Deleting your registration permanently removes all your personal data for the trip. Data is also automatically purged after the trip according to the agency's retention policy.
