We built the tool we wished existed

MICE WOW was born out of frustration. We spent years in the MICE industry - organizing corporate events, incentive trips, and conferences across Europe. And every time we had to create a proposal, we reached for the same broken tools: Word, PowerPoint, Canva, PDF exports.

The content was great. The destinations were stunning. But the proposals looked like... documents. Attachments that got lost in inboxes. Files that didn’t work on mobile. PDFs that couldn’t show a video of the Riga skyline at sunset.

So we built MICE WOW: a tool where agencies assemble proposals from a pre-built content library - no writing, no design work. Every proposal becomes a beautiful, shareable web page. Then we realized the proposal was only the last step of a much bigger broken process.

The MICE industry still builds and exchanges complex group proposals through PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets and endless emails. So we rebuilt MICE WOW from the ground up to replace that fragmented process with one structured, digital way for agencies, DMCs and suppliers to work together. Think of it as EDI for the MICE industry: information moves between companies without being repeatedly copied, reformatted and rebuilt. A brief goes out once. An offer comes back as data. A calculation becomes a proposal. Nobody re-types anything.

Our goal is not simply to create another software tool, but to establish a new standard for how the MICE industry works.
