We built the tool we wished existed
MICE WOW was born out of frustration. We spent years in the MICE industry — organizing corporate events, incentive trips, and conferences across Europe. And every time we had to create a proposal, we reached for the same broken tools: Word, PowerPoint, Canva, PDF exports.
The content was great. The destinations were stunning. But the proposals looked like... documents. Attachments that got lost in inboxes. Files that didn’t work on mobile. PDFs that couldn’t show a video of the Riga skyline at sunset.
We knew there had to be a better way. A proposal should feel like the destination itself — aspirational, beautiful, impossible to ignore. And it should take 15 minutes to build, not half a day.
So we built MICE WOW. A tool where agencies assemble proposals from a pre-built content library — no writing, no design work. Every proposal becomes a beautiful, shareable web page. Your clients open a link and see a magazine-quality experience.
What we believe
Proposals should sell the destination, not just describe it.
A great proposal makes the client feel like they're already there. It should inspire, not inform.

You shouldn't describe the same hotel fifty times. Build it once, use it everywhere.
