Brief your DMCs
Create a project, pick the destinations in play, and send one structured brief to your DMC partners in each city. Dates, group size, budget, requirements - everyone answers the same brief, in the same format.
When the client changes the dates or the group grows, you update the brief once. Every DMC sees "RFP updated" with exactly what changed - no forwarded email chains, no version confusion.
Offers arrive ready to work with
Your DMCs respond inside the tool. Each offer is a beautiful web page AND structured line items - hotels, restaurants, activities with real prices. Review each offer visually, accept it, or pull the items you want into your calculation.
Revisions are versioned. When a DMC updates their offer you get an "Updated" alert and a comparison of exactly what was added, removed, or re-priced. Nothing ever changes silently.
Build the calculation
Pull offer items straight into your calculation sheet - with currency conversion and your markup applied. Add flights and your own items, see per-person totals, and compare destination options side by side.
